Sack the “advisors”

Did I hear correctly?  Possible refugees are claiming that they fear going “psycho” if they are taken to Manus Island or Nauru?  Would you call this a case of early-self-diagnosis of mental illness or simply blackmail?
I suggest that the advisors to the refugees stop “advising” them – they are building up a level of non-belief and suspicion in their clients that will be hard to overcome.
The refugees have enough problems that can legitimately claim our compassion without these “advisors” laying it on so heavily – we will simply not believe any of it.
