Really Kasey Edwards you should have gone further into the question of whether the baby bonus would encourage more childbirth. I have no doubt that a “mere” $5000 would not influence the class of women you refer to but why not go into the statistics of how many 15-20 year old, possibly single young women became pregnant since this $5000 bonus was introduced. Was there an increase in numbers?
That is the real question you should have addressed – did this $5000 baby bonus encourage really young girls to think that the bonus was worth having, was s really big sum of money and of course, don’t think about tomorrow. Check this out Kasey.
