Spot on Jacqueline Maley, columnist in the Sydney Morning Herald. Referring to the lack of women in the Abbott Cabinet. I am reminded of the years I worked in offices all around the place and it was a common impression that a bully in the office often came from a household of strong women and the office was the only place he could prove his macho. I thought of this when Tony continually referred to having a household of women. Is this why he is a misogynist? Is it a surprise?
Which leads me to wonder about the DNA of women in Coalition and Labor ranks. Is it different? Must be if Labor can produce so many bright, intelligent women but the Coalition has so few with even the Leader saying that they are only “knocking on the door”.
