TV Programmes

Am I a solitary voice crying in the wilderness about published TV programmes. Almost without exception (and the exception is usually Auntie) they do not adhere to printed times. Is there any way to make them do this?
And another matter, a personal hatred is the nasal, speaking-through-the-nose tones almost universal with the commercial women TV presenters. Are they taking their cue from those awful voices on American TV? If so, please go back to acceptable Australian voices . Once the voices of women on-air proved the point that women had voices for radio and TV but now these young women are proving that the criticism was right when women first took to the airwaves.
