Say NO! to MP’s families

“Political families are now the life of the parties” News Review, SMH July 20. Has anybody asked the voter what they think of political families. I can tell you that personally I find the whole political families thing boring…boring…boring.
What do I think when I see these wives gazing adoringly into the eyes of their husbands; or daughters climbing into the public limelight? It reminds me of Mafia wives and families who are often quoted about their husbands “He was/is a good husband and father”, “I don’t believe the lies they are telling about him”.
Sound familiar?
